Responses obtained from surveys hosted by Customers on the MQUAD platform.
Survey Respondent:
The individual who receives and responds to a survey initiated by the Customer on the MQUAD platform.
3Collection of Information
We collect the following information from our Customers:

When Customers register an account on MQUAD, we collect Customer Personal Data including email addresses, additional contact details, IP addresses, location data, device information, OS details, and other information reasonably necessary for facilitating account creation as part of Service provision.

In such cases, the Customer acts as the Data Fiduciary and we process this data in accordance with the agreement between us and the Customer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we use the Customer's Personal Data that we collected to perform our contractual obligations, Services, and other legitimate interests that are detailed below:
- Process Customer's registration with our Services in accordance with our legitimate interests to operate and administer our Services. This includes sending emails, invoices, receipts, and notices of delinquency.

As a Customer, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence.
